What are your standard shipping times?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Do my electronic purchases come with a warranty?
Yes, all hardware and electronic products sold by DataBlitz are covered by a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer installment-based payment options through select financing partners.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your DataBlitz account dashboard.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to support more international destinations in the near future.
